A legújabb (újság)ombudsmani írás (http://nol.hu/cikk/468047/) végén pedig ez olvasható:
(Az értékelésbe nem került be a Népszabadság elmúlt hetének legnagyobb visszhangot kiváltó történése, az, hogy az internetes kiadásában – a NOL-on – igen rövid időre megjelent egy tévesnek bizonyult hír, amely szerint Horn Gyula volt miniszterelnök meghalt volna. Erről ebben az írásban nem eshetett szó, ** a hibás közlés ugyanis a nyomtatott lapban NEM jelent meg **– a szerk.)
Szóval, hogyan is van ez? Miért írod/írtad és mire alapozod azt, hogy:

perszepersze. mindenesetre sztem a két ügy kezelése érdekesen mutat egymás mellett.

@négerbirka: Eötvös emlékeim szerint (hivatalosan) azért mondott le, mert nem vállalta a szerkesztőség átalakítását és a lap további, modernizálásnak nevezett hígítását. Hogy az "önkéntes lemondásban" mekkora szerepe volt a Teller-ügynek, azt nem kötötték az orrunkra. (Mindenki találgathat magában - abból még soha nem lett helyreigazítási per.)
Pocakos: "nem tudom miért nem tartod komoly következménynek a főszerk. akkori távozását"
Eötvös konkrétan helyreigazítást jelentetett meg az ÉS-ben többek között azért, mert a lap azt merte állítani, hogy az egykori KB-tagnak a laptól való távozása és a Teller-ügy között összefüggés van.

Ha egy idős, beteg, éppen kórházban fekvő ember halálhírét keltik az ügyetlenség, otrombaság. (Az, hogy az illető egykori miniszterelnök és a kormánypárt egyik meghatározó személyisége, egy másik dimenzió.) A Teller-ügy ennél sookal súlyosabb volt, mert ott egy kétes eredetű dokumentumot hoztak le, majd tévedésük belátása helyett hosszú ideig védték is álláspontjukat.
A Teller-ügyben Eötvös Pált szigorú megrovásban részesítették - nem rúgták ki - Nagy Csaba (akkori külpl. orv. vez. felelősségét nem tudták bizonyítami.

gabi: Te is most a nyomtatottról szólsz! (azon belül is a hirdetésekről!) Ott van átfutási idő, online-nál ez nincs. Erre hivatkozik ("hírverseny") pollner is. http://mediablog.hvg.hu/20071091.aspx
Csakhogy, online-ra kizárólag jogosultsággal lehet bármit fel-, ill. kitenni!

Kicsit morbid. A Népszabi halálozási hirdetési rovatának alján ott van, hogy halálhir feladásához kötelező a halotti bizonyitvány bemutatása. Ami azután került oda, hogy egy huszas ifjú halálhirét merő heccből megjelentették a haverjai... kifizették és megjelent.
Úgy látszik, nincs "szerencséje" a Népszabinak az effélékkel...
Asszem én értelmezésileg cselendzsed vagyok.
"Nagy Csabát, aki Eötvös Pál főszerkesztősége alatt a külpolitikai rovatot vezette az emlékezetes Teller-ügyben elmarasztalta a MÚOSZ etikai bizottsága. Eötvös lemondása után az egyik esélyes jelölt volt a főszerkesztői pozícióra, de a titkos szavazáson Vörös T. Károly lekőrözte. Tudomásom szerint Nagy Csaba a lapnál a modern(ebb) gondolkodásúak közé tartozott."
Ha jól értem akkor Nagy Csaba az a vezető, akinek a Teller-botrány után sikerült dupláznia egy Horn-botránnyal? Nem lehetséges-e, hogy a Teller-ügy, miatt nem lett anno főszerkesztő? Következésképpen kevéssé lehet bárki vetélytársa, e mostani picinyke produkciója után aztán a legkevésbé. Viszont tökéletesen kézenfekvő, hogy elég volt a nevezett úr ISMÉTELT garázdálkodásából.

pollner: (szakmai, technikai) alapállás: ha nincs Internet, online, akkor ez a "baki" sem következik be. A nyomtatott sajtóban az átfutási idő miatt ilyen hiba lehetetlen! Rádiónál inkább van lehetőség, hogy valaki "bekiabálhatja" az ellenőrizetlen hírt. Ilyen lehetőség újságnál nincs. (már, ami a gyorsaságot, a "hírversenyt" illeti)
1. a Teller ügy egyértelműen nyomtatott téma volt, - és nem tudom miért nem tartod komoly következménynek a főszerk. akkori távozását.

@Pocakos: 1) Nem értem, miért értetlenkedsz.
Ha a sokkal súlyosabb Teller-ügy nem járt komolyabb következménnyel, akkor talán nem véletlen, ha az MSZP kiengesztelését sejtem a mostani szigorú büntetés mögött.
2)Személyes konfliktusról egy szót sem írtam, csak tényként jegyeztem meg, hogy N.Cs. is a főszerkesztő-jelöltek közt volt.
3)A NOL nem önálló szerkesztőség. Önállósága korlátozott. Nyilván N.Cs. felügyelete alá tartozott.

1. Valamelyik tv-hiradóban nyilatkozott egy Földes nevű illetékes, aki a Népszabiban jelentős tulajdonnal biró MSZP- érdekeltség, a Szabad Sajtó Alapitvány főakárkije, és a mondataiból igencsak úgy tűnt, hogy az MSZP határozottan elvárta az emberáldozatot.
2. Egyetértek Pollnerrel. Vörös T. megszabadult egy pozicióját potenciálisan fenyegető kollegától. Bár szerintem a pldszám zuhanásszerű csökkenése is fenyegetheti a pozicióját, bár ez nem biztos. A profit kevéssé függ az olvasók számától.
3. Végülis ki a fenének az infojában bizzon meg egy főszerk-h., ha nem a másik főszerk-h.-éban?
4. Szerintem ritka nagy idétlenség ez az egész ügy. Úgy komplettül. Pontosan tükrözi a médiaközeg és a politika egyaránt szánalmas állapotját.

Eszerint, Te az egész mögött valamiféle politikai összefüggést, elkötelezettséget sejtesz? Ugyanakkor, ezzel párhuzamosan (és homlokegyenest ellenkezően) elég jól és logikusan levezetsz egy belső (szerkesztőségi) személyi/személyes konfliktust.
Az egésznek egy szépséghibája van - szerintem. Vajon miért a nyomtatott szerkesztőségben keresték és találták meg a felelőst? Hiszen az egész az Internet, az online hibája, "bűne". Ha nem lenne Internet, online, akkor ez a "baki" NEM történhetett volna meg!!!
